The insomniac diaries

About 2 months ago I started getting insomnia.
I’ve not really had it my whole life (other than university when I did have it and it was quite common among students back then).
Anyway, I tend to fall asleep fine but recently I wake up in the early hours and often don’t get back to sleep, or if I do, it’s extremely poor sleep. Consequently, it builds up and you start to get exhausted. I can see dark circles under my eyes. I’ll be fine. But even so, is annoying.
I don’t recall the last time I was woken up by my alarm clock. I am always awake before it these days.
We’ll see what happens. If it gets worse I may have to go down the doctor/sleeping pills route which I really didn’t want to do.

Have you tried Nytol? They do a herbal one which I find very good, as do Kalms. Give them a try. x
